It’s coming up! And we need time to get organized – to review and select questions and then decide how best to answer them. This doesn’t happen without a little time. SO… please, go to AskTaraReed.com right now and submit the first question that comes to mind about the business or process of art licensing.
What are you unclear about? What are you afraid of? What do you wonder about?
I have been doing these calls for 4 years now and they are really popular – we average about 100 people listening live each time and when the download is free, more than 500 artists download the information. So there is interest… Want to know how many questions we get to choose from? We average 23. Sometimes I only get 12. That’s not a great selection so please – give us way more than we can handle so we can pick the really juicy ones! Don’t assume everyone else is submitting questions – ok?
If you have signed up for a call before, you will get the email with the call in details the day before the call. If you never have, when you submit your question you will be taken to a page with the dial-in details and also get the email the day before the call.
We are excited to chat about the business that Maria and I both love – so go ahead, give us your best questions and we’ll talk soon!
Here’s to your creative success!

How do you build a license worthy body of work or know if your style is a good fit for the licensing industry?
Basically a pinstriper and lettering artist of 40 years out of Chicago area, I am open to learn anything on licensing my art work , I am skeptical on my style because of the Von Dutch waive of clothing line that has come and gone and the Ed hardy line as well . Thanks , jim
