Are you looking for ways to increase your productivity? Do you enjoy audio books while you create and wish all the blog posts and articles you have the best intentions of reading could be read to you as well?
If you have a Mac, you can make it happen.
Thanks to Maggie at www.MaggiesAngels.com for sharing this tip with me. If you use Safari as your browser, your Mac is all set up to read to you. Just choose the voice you prefer and make it happen. Watch this quick video and see how it works…

I’m sure there is a way to do this on a PC too… if you know, feel free to share! I don’t have a PC so you’ll have to make us a video, ok?
Here’s to your creative success!

This is so cool! Thanks for sharing!
This is brilliant, can’t believe the thought didn’t occur to me. I love audio books while I paint, I use them all the time. Wish all books had an audio option. Reading for me cuts into production time and being a visual person I just like the pictures, but I will listen. It can also be very lonely working hours in a studio so it makes you feel as though you have company. Thanks for sharing this great tip.
I’ve been doing this for about 6 months now. Once I figured it out it was so exciting to have the ability to keep up with so many great blogs etc. while I’m painting. I highly recommend it as a practice. Thanks for all your great posts, Tara.
I believe http://www.blogradio.com will convert rss to audio and pdf will read out loud by themselves with a feature called “read out loud”. 🙂 This is for pc.
