As for me, I bring more than 20 years of working with successful companies and brands; including many in the art licensing industry, working with globally recognized brands such as Disney, Harry Potter, Nickelodeon, Kathy Davis, Hallmark and American Greetings, and companies such as Target, Lowe’s, Barnes & Noble, and Hard Rock Café.
How do I get/download an eBook to work on an iPad, Kindle or a tablet device?
At this time, in order to use the eBook on a tablet devices, you have to download it to a computer and then move it to an iPad or tablet. We apologize that there is an extra step required to use your tablets, and we will continue to work on a more amenable solution.
How do I get an Invoice/Receipt for my purchase?
Our unique system is set up to ensure that whenever you purchase a product from me, your receipt will be automatically generated and sent to you as a separate email message.

How often do you have the Art Licensing Academy, the Trade Show Academy or any other online class?
As there is always a need for individuals to learn about art licensing, we offer the Art Licensing Academy every quarter (though this can be enhanced based on the number of interested parties). Announcements for the Academy will be made on the website and social media, and we will always include this in the “Upcoming Events” section on the Homepage of the website.
As for the Trade Show Academy, we have this currently scheduled for one time per year – generally late Fall – for it to be effective for the Spring Trade Shows. This too can be adjusted based on the number of inquiries during the course of a year.
All other online classes will be announced on our ALI social media pages, and in the “Upcoming Events” section on the Homepage of the website.
Can I get a refund for your products?
For the most part, as we deal in non-tangible products, offering refunds can be tricky. We make a significant effort to ensure the products we make available are of the highest quality in terms of information and ease of use. As such, we hope you will find tremendous value in each of them.

Once I purchase an eBook from you, can I share this information with my friends?
While I cannot prevent you from doing so, I would highly discourage the sharing of downloaded materials from my website. Each of my products is copywritten, and shared with my customers on a one-to-one basis. By sharing this information with others, you are infringing on my copyrights (which would be paramount to a manufacturer sharing your artwork with other manufacturers, without their need to pay for the product).
Can I pay for my purchase with cash or a check?
Unfortunately, our systems are only set to accept payment for products using Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
Are the “Industry Icon Interviews” live? What if I can’t make the live date?
In today’s world, I find that all of us are tremendously busy with our work and our lives. As such, trying to set up a live call for each of my interviews turned out to be a scheduling nightmare (too early for some, too late for others), and the majority of people were just downloading the interviews to listen to them in accordance with their schedules.
Being busy myself, I can truly appreciate this dilemma. So, I am now recording the “Industry Icon Interviews” and offering them as replays for use whenever it is ideal for you to listen. While this does take away a bit of the personalized nature of the call, it provides extreme flexibility to you, the listener.
